PHP Developer.

We are growing nicely and are therefore looking for a new colleague! We have developed our own PIM software and use it at leading customers such as Bijenkorf, ANWB, Welkoop and Wehkamp. Do you like working with Symfony as a stack? Do you like working within a close-knit team that works dedicated to a number of great customers and do you have a number of years of experience in writing good PHP code? Then we need you!

PHP Developer at ConnectingTheDots… What does that entail?

ConnectingTheDots is one of the major players in the Netherlands when it comes to PIM (Product Information Management) software for large companies. We started small 15 years ago and have since grown to partners of large Dutch and international companies.

We are currently looking for a  developer, so someone who has already made some 'meters' and who can participate in the team. Someone who also has ideas and is not afraid to propose them. We work according to the Scrum methodology, in which the team itself is responsible for achieving the objectives. Within the bi-weekly sprint, the team has the space to let everyone do what he or she is good at, so that together we can successfully reach the finish line every time. Satisfied customers every time; that is what you, developers, testers and PO, ensure as a team!

Who are you?

In short; someone who wants to work hard, keeps his or her appointments and who is also up for a bit of fun now and then. Someone who gets energy from writing good code, from functioning within a team and who also:

• has several years of experience with PHP as well as HTML, Javascript, Elasticsearch, CSS and MySQL
• Experience with Symfony is definitely a plus!
• has experience with version control systems GIT/SVN and knowledge of and experience with Agile/Scrum work
• has some knowledge of NoSQL solutions
