The fact that Masimo customers are slow to switch to online ordering is something the company has to deal with for the time being. What was unacceptable was the unclear processes around orders and product content. To tighten that up, we use our solution to give sales representatives the ability to enter orders on the go. A seamless integration with SAP ensures that customers and sales reps can place an order immediately at the correct, up-to-date conditions.


This way, all orders go through the same process, whether they are placed online or via a sales representative. The shift to more online orders by customers, and therefore to a more efficient sales model, can therefore be gradual.
